Howard Gould BA(Hons)
Managing Director
Howard joined ISIS in 1989 as General Manager when the business was first formed. Under his
direction a range of new products were launched and he established a world wide network of Agents
and Distributors. By 1999, when ISIS was sold to the Technor Group, he was Managing Director of the
parent company, Beacon Controls.
In 2007 Howard rejoined Technor ISIS as Interim Managing Director going on to lead the Management
Buy Out in July 2009 and now serves as Managing Director.

John Holliss FCA
Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant with extensive industrial experience, John has been providing financial management
and guidance to ISIS and its owners since its formation in 1989.
He was instrumental in the July 2009 Management Buy Out and joined the Board of Directors.

Iain Leadley
Authorised Person
With many years experience of Explosion Proof and Intrinsically Safe techniques Iain joined ISIS in 2001.
As the Authorised Person he approves all product manufactured as compliant with the appropriate
regulations and maintains contact with the Notified Bodies.

Darren Mann BEng (Hons)
Sales Manager
Darren Mann is sales manager at iSiS-Ex. He started with the company in 2008.
A graduate in design and materials engineering, he first joined Vickers Defence Systems in Newcastle as a supplier quality assurance engineer working on the UK MOD Challenger 2 main battle tank.
He then embarked on a sales career, working first in the aerospace and education sectors and then in the oil and gas, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries with Ninehundred Communications, Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions and now iSiS-Ex.
During his career he has provided communications solutions for many blue chip oil and gas producers, global utilities companies, Tier 1 engineering contractors and pharmaceutical companies.
He has an in-depth knowledge of upstream and downstream oil and gas markets having managed major accounts such as Chevron, Shell, Total and Conoco Phillips.

Tracy de'Vries BA (Hons)
Financial Controller
A highly experienced financial controller Tracy managed the finances of ISIS for 8 years during the
1990's and brings considerable further experience to the business. Including serving as Head Office accountant for a £
70 million hotel group and financial controller of a £4.5 million division of a foreign owned electronics
manufacturing company.

Chris Boyd
Purchasing and QA Manager
Having joined the business in 2007 as Production Manager Chris, following the 2009 MBO, took over responsibility for
Purchasing and Quality Assurance.
One of his first tasks was to complete the implementation of ISO9001:2008 certification which was awarded in July 2009.

Graham Soper B.Eng
Engineering Support Manager
A highly qualified and experienced electronics engineer, Graham heads up the Engineering Support team conducting R & D, developing new
products and preparing bespoke designed product solutions for transfer to production.

Angela Graham
Logistics and Sales Admin Manager
Angela has been involved with ISIS in a variety of roles since 1999. Having first worked in production she
has considerable technical knowledge and, together with her team, brings a clear understanding of the needs
of our customers to the business.
